I believe in training the body as a whole.
During the first session I will assess you in order to find out the best exercises for you and the areas we need to concentrate on the most.
My aim is for my clients to reach their full potential. If you have any specific problem areas in need of a distinct focus, e.g. if recovering from injury or surgery, I will take that into account.
I will ensure that your training is safe, effective and fun; using the most efficient forms of exercise for you.
I will endeavour to get maximum benefits for you in minimal time.
