     Regardless of your age or fitness level, I can help you achieve all this with high quality personal training and lifestyle advice. I will make sure you have a balanced workout using all the major muscle groups and I will use functional and corrective exercises to suit your specific needs and goals.

     Training can take place at your home, workplace, in a fitness centre or via the internet (e.g. Zoom, Skype, Facetime etc.).

About Me

     Since 2005 I have been working as a personal trainer, training clients of different ages, abilities and needs to get leaner, stronger, and healthier.

     I am from the UK and have worked in England and Denmark. I have two grown up children. I know the importance of keeping fit and remaining in good shape, plus maintaining muscle mass, bone mass and good balance while looking after joints etc..

     I am constantly updating my knowledge and skills so I can give the best possible training and advice.
